Occasionally I can be found riding (illegally) through Adderbury on my 3HP convertible Honda garden tractor (naturally Ghia turbocharged V8 model).  I've not yet got license plates, and often drive on the pavement; and I'm actually not sure of the legalities; but in any case there are no policemen in Adderbury and I rarely exceed the speed limit.
